So let's begin the guide remove password windows 8.
How to Remove Password From Windows 8
If you have lost your password or forgot password windows 8, then you can get that back by two ways. One window 8 password reset and another one is Windows password recovery.
Let's check out all the possible ways to change password Windows 8 and recovery of the forgot password windows 8.
First of all, in order to remove or reset the password, it is the must for you to log in with an administrator account. Until we are logged in with the administrator account, we won't be authorized to change or remove the password.
Ok, now once you are logged in as an administrator, removing password is just a few clicks task. Here the procedure is given below.
Step 1: Log on to your computer or laptop with an administrator account.
Step 2: Click on the Desktop tile from the Start screen when it appears.
Step 3: Following to the previous step, hover mouse to the bottom-right corner of the desktop window. Here you will see a handful of options. All you will need to do is click on the last option that is Settings.
Step 4: After clicking on the settings option, again you will see few options including Change PC settings. Probably you will find this option at the bottom of the screen. Click on that.
Step 5: Ok, once you are in the PC settings, at the left-hand side, you will see various options like PC and device, Accounts, Privacy, Language, etc. Ignoring all the options, you will need to click on the Accounts option.
Step 6: Once again you will be provided with few options after clicking on the Accounts. Options such as Your account, sign-in-options, Other accounts.
In the other accounts option, you can get all the user accounts created on the system. Once you click on the option, you will be able and manage all the accounts at one place.
Step 7: Now on the accounts window, from the left pane options, you will need to select the sign-in-options. Click on that! And from the right side, under the Password heading, click the Change button.
After you click on the change password, a new window will be open up. Where you will have to enter your current password. Fill the field by providing with your current password and click on next in order to continue.
On the next window, you will see few options like New password, Reenter password, and password hint. As you want to remove the password, leave all the fields empty and click on next.
Similarly, when you want to create the password for your Windows, you will need to fill all the fields with the desired password.
Step 8: That's it! There is no more instruction to follow. Now click on Finish. And your computer is password free now.
So this was about removing password from Windows 8. The procedure I explained above will work only if you remember the password. In case, if you have forgotten the password, you won't be able to remove it as in the mid of the procedure you will be asked to enter your current password.

How to Use WhatsApp for PC?
We are a bunch of busy people living in a world that has way less time for us than we have for it. The internet has changed and morphed over the years into what we have today. A cesspool of quick communications over various IMs (Instant Messenger).
Email is gradually becoming a thing of the past, relegated to an only corporate or official communication. The world of emojis and “Lols” are on the rise!
At the helm of all this is WhatsApp messenger. Having a customer base of over 800 million active users and over 2 billion downloads across mobile platforms, this Facebook-owned company is the uncrowned King of Instant Communications.
So it's only natural that you'd want to join WhatsApp messenger. We're here to help you download WhatsApp for PC!
Two Main Ways to Get WhatsApp for PC
Now we can have WhatsApp on PC in two main ways.
- Download Whatsapp for PC official version.
- A Free, (and official Whatsapp Web version) that you can use without downloading anything.
Method #1:- Download Whatsapp for PC Software:
Whatsapp just launched their official version couple hours ago, I mean a real, official, software from Whatsapp.
Something that's not an emulator, not a third-party solution. But just like there is native software for your computer, that's what WhatsApp is offering now.
A PC version of Whatsapp made specifically for computer users. Whatsapp Web version was launched, but that wasn't an “application”. It was just something that lets you “sync” your WhatsApp with your PC.
But recently (Like couple hours ago) Whatsapp launched an official version of Whatsapp that is a full-fledged software and runs as a standalone app for your PC.
Requirements to Download Whatsapp Official Software on Windows:-
- You must have a Windows Enabled PC. (It says “for Windows 8 and higher”, but I'm running it on my windows 7 just fine, so go along!)
- “You must have Whatsapp installed on your Cellphone.
Steps to getting Whatsapp Official PC Version:-
Head over to https://www.whatsapp.com/download/
Click on the for Windows8 and Higher, if you're on a Windows computer, or click on Mac OS x 10.9 and Higher if you're on Mac!
- The downloading will automatically start
- Once the Whatsapp for computer software is downloaded, just double click on it. It literally is installed in seconds! And then you should have a screen that looks like this:-
I purposely kept the taskbar at the bottom visible in the screenshot, so as to verify that it runs perfectly on Windows 7 too!
- So once you get the QR code, just fire up Whatsapp on your cell device and click on Whatsapp Web option and scan the QR code on the screen.
- It takes a couple of seconds, and then you are logged in to the Whatsapp for PC official version app!
Well from here, you can literally do all those things that you used to do on your cell device, just on a bigger screen, way bigger.
See? So yeah that was it. Not a lot of hustle huh? Yeah, the Whatsapp team took good care of user-friendliness thing no doubt.
Let me sum up the whole process for you:-
Head over the official website to download Whatsapp for PC > Click on Windows 8 or Higher > Run the Application > Scan QR Code > Done!
So yeah it's a 4 step process, that requires less then 5minutes to be completed. And once done you can access all the features of Whatsapp on your PC, and for the first time, without a third-party emulator or application.
Method #2:- Use Whatsapp on PC without Downloading Anything!
I don't think you're going to need this method after the official launch. But if you do, let me tell you the one single benefit it has over the above method.
With this method, you don't need to download anything! Well yup, you can access WhatsApp on your PC without downloading anything.
The first step is to have WhatsApp installed on your smartphone. You can install it on your Android Phones by clicking this link. Apple users can find it in here. As for the Windows folks, you'll get your fix of free WhatsApp download from this link.
Once that is done, set up your account. Then head on over to the main interface. For Android users, click on the three dots and you will find the WhatsApp web options.
If you use any other phone, then navigate to your WhatsApp menu, and you should find the options there. For more detailed instructions on this, click on this link.
Next head on over to this website. Fire up WhatsApp Web on your mobile device and scan the QR code that has popped up on your computer screen!
Finally, you will be greeted by the WhatsApp Web App interface. From here you can chat with your contacts and even send pictures and video!
These are two ways with which you can get WhatsApp for PC absolutely free! If you've any other questions regarding WhatsApp on PC or WhatsApp messenger, in general, leave us a comment down below!

How to Remotely Shutdown or Restart a Windows Computer?
Forgot to shut down your system and do not have direct access to it? What if I tell you that there is still a way? Do you want to know How to Remotely Shutdown or Restart a Windows Computer? If yes, then this is a must-read article exclusively for you.
So, without delaying it any further, let us get started with how to reboot remote PCs via the command prompt? So, let's get started:
How to remotely shutdown or restart a Windows computer?
Step #1: In order to get started with the process of remote shutdown or restart a Windows computer, you will first have to enable remote registry service on each of the systems that you need to manipulate.
For this, consider the following process. First, go to the Run section using the keyboard shortcut “Win + R.” This will open the Run dialog box for you. Now you need to enter “services.msc” without quotes and hit enter.
From the subsequent window which follows up as the result of your recent activity, you need to locate “Remote Registry.” You may need to scroll down a bit for that, or you can perform a text search just by typing the few initials of the same. Now, right click on the “Remote Registry” option and then click on the “Properties” option from the menu that follows.
Now, from the next dialog box, you need to set the startup type to “Automatic” and then click on “Start” button.
This will enable the remote registry on your systems. Remember that you need to enable this on every system that you wish to shutdown or restart remotely.
Once you are done with the mentioned, then you now need to look out for our next steps.
Step #2: In this step, you are required to open the desired port on the system's firewall. To do so, you need to click on start button, and at the text area, you are required to type “Allow a program” and then hit enter.
From the subsequent window, you now need to click on the “Change settings” button. Doing so, you will see the options to be active which were quiescent before. After this, you are required to scroll down till you find the “Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI).” Once, you have found that then you are required to enable it by clicking the checkbox next to it.
Also, take a note that you must have administrative permissions on the remote system that you wish to shutdown or restart, failing which you won't be able to do the needful.
So, by far we are done with the basic setup. Now, we are all set to execute our commands in order to do the desired work. For that, we will have to look into the next steps.
Step #3: Now, on another computer, you are required to launch the command prompt. To shut down, the system remotely, type in the following command “shutdown /i” without quotes. This will open a graphical user interface. Now, on that remote shutdown dialog box, you are required to enter the name of the system that you wish to shutdown or restart.
Additionally, if you wish, you can also warn the users about this. Also, you can specify whether you want to shut down or restart the system.
Once you are done with all these, then you are now good to hit the “OK” button. This will do the desired work for you.
Moreover, if you don't want to do this via the graphical user interface then you can directly type in the following command at the command prompt: “shutdown /s /m \\Shubham-PC /t 30 /c “Shutting down.” /d P:1:1”.
Change “Shubham-PC” with the desired system name and shutting down with your warning message. To restart the system, you need to replace /s with /r. Additionally, if you wish to log off the system, then you will have to replace /s with /l.
If you simply put this “shutdown /?” command on your command prompt terminal, then you will have all the list of commands relating to this.
Now, we will see how you can achieve the desired result using a Linux operating system. For this, you must have samba-common, package installed on your system. To do so, consider installing the package using the usual command like Sudo apt-get install samba-common.
This will install the desired package for you. After this, all that you need is to type in a command which requires the user account name of the system on which you want to preform the action.
You will also require the password and the IP address pf the system . Make sure to note that the user account must have the administrative rights in order to perform these actions.
Once you are all set to go then you can now type the command with the following syntax: net rpc shutdown -I ip.address -U user%password
Replace the IP address with the numerical IP address of the system, user with the user account name of the system and password with the corresponding password.
Once you are done with the mentioned, then all you need is to hit enter and voila, you have done that, kudos.
Alternatively, if you have remote desktop access, then you can also achieve the desired results.

How to Use the Undo and Redo Commands?
I cannot even recount that how many times the undo and redo shortcuts have saved my life. These are one hell of a gem and have been a life savior, at least for me. Since you have landed here then you might be interested to know how to use the undo and redo commands, right.
So, this article will tell you how to use the undo and redo commands along with step by step guide.
So, without wasting any time further, let's dive deep into this and explore. So, let's get started:
How to undo and redo?
Okay, you want to take a step back or two, you can easily do that using an undo command. But the key point to take a note is that this is entirely controlled by the software on which you are trying to apply the undo commands.
Some of them allow multiple undo's while some of them allow a single one. For example, MS paint allows a single undo while in Adobe Illustrator you can perform multiple undo operations.
So, in this section, we will see how to undo and redo in some of the major softwares.
We will first go to MS office. How to undo and redo in MS office? So, let's get started:
Step #1: First of all, you are required to open MS Word on your system. We are taking MS Word for illustration purposes; you can go with any of its products. Once you have opened MS Word, then you now need to move on to the next steps for further proceedings.
Step #2: Perform any action to an existing Word document or a blank document. After that, if you wish to undo your operation then press “CTRL + z.” This will revert your changes.
Additionally, if you want to redo an action then you are required to press “CTRL + y.” This way you can quickly perform the redo operation in Word.
Alternatively, in previous versions of MS Office, you may find the edit option from which you can also perform the same task by clicking on the undo and redo options.
Let's see how it can be done in MS paint.
Step #1: First of all, you will have to launch MS Paint on your system. Once you have done that, open the desired image file, or you can even create something of your own.
Step #2: Oh, you made a mistake and wanted to undo the action. Press “CTRL + Z” to get back a step back. If you want the redo the step then just press “CTRL + Y” to get the needful results.
Moving on, we will see how to redo and undo in Adobe Photoshop. So, let's get started:
Step #1: Open Adobe Photoshop on your system. Once launched, you are now required to open any existing project on which you want to perform these actions.
Step #2: Now, if you want to undo or redo your steps, you have two options, either you can go with the usual “CTRL + Z” keyboard shortcut which will get you exactly one step back, or you can go to edit option and then select the appropriate option from there.
Alternatively, to undo your steps, you can also go to the history section of Photoshop from where you can also see what steps you have gone through till now.
To go to history, you need to click on the Window option from the top navigation menu and locate the history option.
Once found, you need to click on it. This may open a history panel from the right side from where you have a look at your steps.
Now, if you wish you can select the desired steps that you want to undo and then delete them by clicking on the dustbin like icon as shown.
This will produce the same output as the undo command, but the difference is that you can revert as many steps as available.
To say the least, CTRL + Z and CTRL + Y are the undo and redo global actions for any Windows program. So, what if we want to perform the redo and undo operations on a Mac? If you are thinking about the same, then the following section is a must visit for you.
In Mac operating system, the alternative for CTRL + Z is “Command + Z” and for the redo operation the alternative is “Command + Shift + Z.” The Command key in Mac is equivalent to the CTRL command in Windows.
Also take a note that not every action your perform can be redone and undone. So, if these keys don't work in some cases, then you might have performed those actions.
