2: Looping multiple videos using YouTube.

However, this is not the very exact method for looping or repeating YouTube videos but this method certainly can be an option. What we do in this method is that in order to loop or repeat multiple videos, we simply make a playlist of those videos on YouTube itself.

This way the YouTube videos on the playlist automatically get played one after the other. So, you would want to know how to make a playlist on YouTube. Don’t you worry; in the following section, we will be telling you how you can do the same. So, let’s get started:

Step #1: As the initial step, you are required to log in to YouTube using your Google account. For this, you simply have to visit YouTube.com and then have to click on the sign-in button usually placed at the extreme top right corner of the home page.

Step #2: Now in this step, you are required to select the video which you want to put in your playlist. You need not worry because you can certainly add some more videos to your playlist. This step is for the sake of initiating the playlist.

Once you have selected the YouTube video, you are now required to open it. By open it we mean that you now have to watch a little bit of it. In the screen where your selected video is being played, just beneath the video, you will see many options.

In the same line as of the like, dislike button, you will see three more tabs as “Add to”, “Share” and “more”. We are concerned all about the tab of “Add to (accompanied by a + sign)”. You have to click on this tab.

Clicking on this tab will open up a contextual drop-down menu where you will see options like “Create new playlist” and “Watch later” along with a text field. In the text field, you can name your playlist whatever you want.

Once you have named your playlist all that you have to do is to click on “Create a new playlist” button. This will create a playlist for you with a video in it.

There is one point to add that you can also make your playlist private or public according to your convenience. If you go for the public one, your playlist will be visible to those users who visit your YouTube profile.

It will also appear in search results corresponding to the appropriate query. However, your playlist won’t be visible if you make it private. Only you will have access to it.

Step #3: You can add as many videos you want just by adding them to your playlist similarly like how you added the first one.

Step #4: Once you are done with the accumulation of all the videos under the roof of your playlist, you can now edit your list.

For this to happen, you have to click on the user icon which is usually located at the upper right corner of the window. Once you have clicked on it a menu will open. From this menu you have to click on “Video Manager” and then you have to click on “Playlists”.

Once you have done the required then you have to locate for the edit option. Once found then click on it in order to edit your list.

With the editing panel, you can easily delete any unwanted video or you can change the order of the videos. If you are done with the editing, click on the “Done” button.

Step #5: Once you have successfully completed the previous steps, you are all set to watch your playlist. Just click on the “Play all” button in order to play your playlist.

You can replay it by clicking on the autoplay button. Additionally, you can also skip any video if you want.

3: Using third-party websites.

You can loop or repeat YouTube videos by making use of third party websites which are available in plenty on the internet. Just make a search with the appropriate keyword and we bet that you will find a plethora of them.

Let's find out the steps involved in this process.

Step 1. Since we are learning to create the Pivot table in Excel, the first step is to open it, of course.  So click on the start menu, go to MS office and open excel.

Once the Excel is opened, you need to open the large data files which you would like to have sorted, analyzed and summarized. Yes, having large data tables is a must to leverage the pivot table feature to the fullest. You can even import access data tables to your excel sheets if you wish to.

Besides the large table along with multiple rows and columns, it's also important to have at least one column with numerical values. Once you have your excel sheet ready fulfilling all the requirements and opened, you are good to go.

The screenshot below is to show the example table we will be working on, to create and use the pivot table.

As in the above field you can see, we have four fields Product Name, Product ID, Sales Quantity and Total revenue; we will be creating a pivot table to sort these data out.

Step 2. Now its time to build the pivot table. Click on any cell in the table and click on the Insert tab from the top. In the Tables group, click on the Pivot table to insert the pivot table in the sheet. Have a look at the below screenshot.

Step 3. After clicking the pivot table option as said above, a new Create Pivot Table dialogue box will pop-up. You don't have to do anything there, just click Ok and you Pivot table will be inserted in the sheet.

Step 4. Once the pivot table is created, the Pivot Table fields window will appear showing all the fields present in the sheet. The page looks like the below image.

Step 5. Now we need to drag and drop the data fields into the Row, columns, and Values area respectively.  Or you can directly select them to make things easier.

For instance, I selected the fields Product name and Sales Quantity and got the below result.

You can drag and drop more fields under Values if you wish to. And the result will be changed to the following image.

Step 6. By default, the result we got was the sum of Sale quantity. If you want the average number of the to total sales made instead of their sum, click the small down arrow next to the Sum of sales option under the values field, and select Value Field Settings.

Step 7. In the new window, customize the table options the way you want to. We want to calculate the average of the number, for instance, then the option we need to select from the drop-down list under Summarize value field by.. is average and click Ok.

Have a look at the below image to see the result of selecting average instead of Sum.

Step 8. Also, if you want your data to be sorted in ascending or descending order, you can simply do that by selecting any cell from the column and then clicking Sort under the Options menu at the top. Select the order from A to Z or Z to A, as per your choice.

Step 9. That's not it. If you don't want total or average of the entire column, instead you want the result for just one product on the list, you can do that too.

Just click the drop-down arrow next to the first field i.e., Row Labels and un-check the rest of the options except the one you want results for. For instance, I want a total of only computers sold in that year; I will do the following customization.

The result will look like the below image.

How to Insert a Line in Word?

How to Insert a Line in Word is one of the most frequent questions asked by Word users. Inserting a file between a word file is a common phenomenon. Adding borders and lines in Word is easier and just takes a few seconds. To segregate any line of text you can simply add horizontal lines to the file.

Not only it lends a neat look to the document but even makes it easier for the user to read and identify various segments in the text. How to draw a line in word is not as difficult as it seems to.

There are actually three or four different methods using which you can insert lines in Word. It all depends on your preference and the method which most appropriately matches your convenience.

Let’s take a detailed look at the methods on how to add lines in a word:

Inserting Lines with Shapes tool

It is a tool in Word that contains almost all geometrical shapes, be it rectangles, back arrows, lines, stars & banners, etc. Basically, any shape that is imaginable can be created via a Shapes tool. Take a look at how to add a line in the word:

  1. Open the MS office word file in which you want to insert the line.
  2. Navigate to the Insert tab. Click on the option Shapes and select the line shape.
  3. A plus sign will appear on your word document. Drag the mouse along this sign to get the required length of the line on the Word document.
  4. Click the line to open the “Drawing Tools” tab. As soon as it opens, see at the top to see the “Shape Styles” section of the ribbon. From here you can easily give colors to the line, change its thickness and shadow.

Now, in case you want to draw another line you can simply copy and paste the same line. Just press Ctrl + C to copy and Ctrl + V to paste.

How to Insert a Line in Word via Paragraph Tool

Word includes a built-in horizontal line feature to easily add lines. It quickly inserts a horizontal line in the document. Take a look at how to insert horizontal line in word:

  1. Keep the cursor where you want to insert it. Now, open the Home tab and in the Paragraph group, you will see a small square box and along with it a drop-down button. Click it.
  2. Select the option Horizontal Line and a line will be inserted in the Word document.
  3. Once a horizontal line is created, double- click on the line to select it. Format Horizontal Line dialog box will appear, where further adjustments related to height and width can be made and even color to the line can be added.
  4. In fact not only a Horizontal line, but you can also even add inside and outside horizontal and vertical borders via the same option.

Note- To remove or delete the horizontal line, just click it once and it will be selected. Now, simply press either the Delete or Backspace key.

Inserting Lines via Auto-Format

The best and the most convenient method to insert lines in Word file is by using the AutoFormat function. These are basically small tricks using which you can easily insert lines in your Word document. However, this trick works only on MS Word and MS Outlook.

When you type at least three dashes, underscores, or equal signs in a paragraph and press “Enter”, automatically a single, double horizontal line or a dotted line is formed, i.e. just by typing these characters and pressing Enter, the desired line will be formed.

Take a look at various such characters used to insert line in word:

  1. First of all, place the cursor where you want to add a line. Now, here enter any of the characters accordingly, and Press Enter. The line inserted will cover the full width of the page.
  2. Type three hyphens together (—) to form a single Horizontal line.
  3. Type three equal signs (===) to form a double horizontal line.
  4. Type three asterisks (***) to form a dotted line. (…..)
  5. Type three underlines (___) together, to form a broader and darker horizontal line.
  6. Type three tildes together (~~~) to form a tilted design line.
  7. Type three-pound or number signs (###) together, to form a bunch of broad and sleek horizontal lines.

Note- In case you add this line to the column, the line will cover the full width of the column.

Adding Lines between Columns

It is obvious that while writing any document, you display text in columns, instead of standard paragraphs. In case you want to add or draw vertical lines between columns, you can easily do it Word. Some people may prefer doing it via a Shapes tool, but there is a much easier way to do this.

Take a look at how to make a line in word columns:

  1. Place your mouse cursor on the text that you want to be displayed in columns.
  2. Choose Page Layout ribbon tab and select Columns. At the bottom of the list, choose More Columns.
  3. In the Columns dialog box, you can see an option called Line between. Tick mark the checkbox next to it.
  4. You can even adjust the column width and spacing between these columns via this box.  You can specify the number of columns you want to use from the number of columns list.
  5. In the Apply To box, click the drop-down arrow and select This Point Forward. By doing so, the column will be inserted only where you have placed the cursor, and not in the entire document. Click OK.

Your text will be now displayed in columns with a line between each one.  Adding a vertical line between columns in Word is easier and can be done by the above-stated method, easily.

How to Uninstall Internet Explorer?

Internet Explorer (IE) is the most widely used World Wide Web browser. Launched in 1995, by Microsoft, it is one of the first graphical-based Web browsers. With time, a lot of up-gradation has been made on Internet Explorer and Internet Explorer 11 is a big step forward for the default Windows system browser. IE 11 has the capability to compete with the most popular browsers, like Chrome, Firefox or Safari.

However, Microsoft has discontinued all versions of Internet Explorer other than the recent version for its still-supported operating systems. Moreover, with a lot of other popular browsers gaining momentum, the question that surfaces is that how to uninstall Internet Explorer. But before that, you should be knowing, in practical terms it is:

  • Windows 8.1: Internet Explorer 11
  • Windows 7 SP1: Internet Explorer 11

Now, whenever a new version of Internet Explorer was launched, it is but obvious that people tend to delete the previous one. Today, in most of the systems we have Internet Explorer 11 and removing it involves a very different process. Before discussing the removal process, take a look at how to install Internet Explorer:

Installing Internet Explorer

There are two ways via which you can install the Internet Explorer:

  1. Download from the official web-page of Internet Explorer 11.
  2. The second one is based on the Windows update.

The first method is simple and is clear from the heading only. Take a look at the steps for the second one:

  1. Navigate to “Control Panel – > System and Security – > Windows Update”, or just type “windows update” in the Start Menu search box.
  2. Click on “Check for the latest updates.” In the list of Optional Updates, you will see one that says Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7. Select it and then click OK.
  3. Next, click on the Install updates button, for the installation to start.
  4. The installation process will begin, and then restart your computer to finish the whole process.
  5. Once this is done, the Internet Explorer 11 shortcut will be placed in your Taskbar.

Now, take a look at the process of getting rid of Internet Explorer 11 in Windows.

How to Uninstall Internet Explorer from Windows

Now, usually in order to delete any installed program out of your computer, the process followed is “Control Panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features, then choose the selected program and click on Uninstall.” But, as far as Internet Explorer is concerned, the case is different. Microsoft has classified this browser as a Windows Feature. Take a look at How to Remove Internet Explorer from Windows:

  1. Navigate to “Control Panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features”. Then, in the column on the left, click on “Turn Windows features on or off”.
  2. The Windows Features window opens up. Just, scroll down to find the entry for Internet Explorer. Uncheck it and press OK.
  3. A warning will appear, stating “Turning off Internet Explorer might affect other Windows features and programs installed on your computer, including default settings”. Click, Yes to continue.
  4. There appears that Windows needs to reboot your PC. Just, Click on Restart now. Remember, to lose any unsaved work of yours.
  5. And when you restart your system, the Internet Explorer will be removed.

However, this doesn’t completely remove all traces of Internet Explorer as other programs and processes rely on its rendering engine. This process is applicable for Windows 7 and the same goes for Windows 10, too.

Removing Internet Explorer from Windows 8

There is a slight change in the process of removing Internet Explorer, from Windows 8. Let’s see, How to Uninstall IE11 from Windows 8:

  1. Simply in the Search button, enter “Windows features” in the search box, click the Settings option located on the right side of the screen, and select “Turn Windows Features on or off.”
  2. The slight change is that, if prompted, you need to enter your administrator password to progress.
  3. Once you have entered the password, Window features screen opens up, just uncheck the box to the left of Internet Explorer, and then click OK. Now, click Yes to confirm that you want to hide Internet Explorer.

    Now, click Restart Now to apply the changes, and you are done.

In case you want IE 11 back on your system, simply access this same screen again and check this box, and Press Ok.

Remove Internet Explorer from MAC

Till 2003, Macintosh computers came pre-loaded with Microsoft's Internet Explorer web browser. Now, Apple features a lot of superior options like Safari and the operating system. Still, some people, due to a habit or for some old flames, Internet Explorer still remains the browser, even on the MAC.

Now, for some reason, in case you want to delete Internet Explorer from MAC, you need to follow the enlisted process. However, Internet Explorer for Mac does not create a “Preference” file, so you only need to delete the main application file. Take a look at the steps:

  1. Click on the Internet Explorer icon in the “Applications” folder.
  2. Drag the file to the Trash in the Dock. As the Trash icon darkens, just drop the file in the Trash.
  3. Go to the “Finder” menu and select “Erase.”
  4. A pop- up window appears, just confirm the selection.

Closing the updates

Even after uninstalling the Internet Explorer from your system, you may continue to receive notifications. Getting frequent notifications to update the older version, can be annoying. Now, if you want to shut these notifications too, follow the steps:

  1. Go to Control Panel and click on System and Security.
  2. Then click on Windows Update and click Change Settings in the left pane.
  3. Under Important updates, click the drop-down menu box. It says Install updates automatically.
  4. Select and click on Download but let me choose which updates to install. To finish, click on the OK button.

How To Use Google DNS Servers?

Have you ever heard someone saying google DNS servers provide faster internet than your local Internet service provider?? If no, then you are missing out something.

The Google DNS servers status has the ability to offer you the fast as well as the secure internet service. Most of the time we fear to use the public DNS server due to the lack of security they offer but the Google Public DNS is different from this.

Google is the world's biggest organization, if they offer something, we can trust it blindly. Moreover, they have a mechanism to provide the most secure DNS service despite its public.

If you have never come to know the fact that Google DNS servers offer faster internet speed, you can try that by yourself. The steps are extremely simple!

So want to know how to switch to OpenDNS or Google DNS to speed up web browsing? I'm sure you are dying to know, who don't want the fast internet after all!

So, let's get started with the guide!

How to Use Google DNS Servers:

Different browsers have a different set of rules to change the DNS servers but the overall idea is the same. Since we can't cover the method to change the DNS servers in all the windows, we have explained the two major windows versions, windows XP and windows 7.

Following similar steps, you can replace the DNS servers of your local browser to Google's public DNS. Let's see what are the steps.

#WIndows 7 and Above

Windows 7 and above users need to follow the below steps for replacing their local DNS servers to Google's public DNS server.

Step 1. To change the DNS server settings, you need to go to the network place on your computer. To do that, click on the small network icon in the bottom right area of your computer and click on Open the Network and Sharing Center. See the screenshot below to locate the option easily.

Alternatively, you can go to Control panel> Network and Sharing Center. Following both the ways, you will see the above window.

Step 2. On the Network and Sharing page, click on the Change Adapter Settings in the left pane. This is the page where information on all your connection is given.

Ignore the rest of the network connections except the one which is active. Right-click on it and Go to Properties. Have a look at the below screenshot to understand the process.

Step 3. On clicking the Properties option, the Wireless Network Connection Properties window will pop up. Now under the section, This connection uses the following items, select the option Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4). 

Once done, click on Properties. Have a look at the below screenshot to find the options easily.

The Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties window looks like the below image.

Step 4. In order to change the DNS server address, you need to select the Use the following DNS server addresses. As sooner you do this, the two Preferred DNS server and the Alternative DNS server will get open to type.

Now we need to type in the Google Server address here. Google's Public DNS IP addresses (IPv4) are,

Preferred:  8.8.8.8

Alternate: 8.8.4.4

Have a look at the below image to see how we need to do this.

Once all the changes are done, click Ok to save the changes. Now restart your computer and see the changes taking place. If you want to replace your local DNS servers to the public network, the method is identical, except the address of the DNS servers.

The DNS address for a public network is given below.

Preferred: 208.67.222.222
Alternate: 208.67.220.220

#WIndows XP

For Windows XP users, the process is even simple. Just a few simple clicks and you are done. Here are the steps.

Step 1. To change the DNS address of your network in Windows XP, click on the start menu and go to my computer. Or, you can also directly go to my computer from the desktop.

Step 2. In My Computer window, go to My Network Places from the left panel. See the screenshot below.

Step 3. Now go to View Network connections from the left pane and you will see a list of all the network connected to your computer.  Now right click on the active connection on your computer and go to Properties. The screenshot is given below.

Step 4. In the local area properties window, click on the option Internet Protocol and then go to Properties. Have a look at the below screenshot.

Step 5. Okay, now we have reached the Internet Protocol Properties window and this is the same place we will be changing the DNS address from our local server to the Google's DNS server.

See the screen below.

Step 6. Now under the option use the Following DNS server, write down the below address.

Preferred:  8.8.8.8

Alternate: 8.8.4.4

Step 7. Once the settings are done, click ok to save the changes.

Once done, restart your computer and enjoy the faster speed of the internet.

So that's how we replace DNS servers from our local ISP to google DNS servers. I hope you have successfully executed all the steps.

After replacing the DNS servers, you will see the changes taking place within minutes. Those websites which were not loading before will be loading now. Step 1: First of all, right-click on the empty place on the desktop. As sooner you do this, you will see a small dialogue box will pop up. In the list of options, click on view. Check the screenshot below. 

Step 2: As sooner you click on the view option, a sub-dialogue box will appear. Here you have to go to the option Show desktop icons. Make sure the option is checked. If it is unchecked then do check it.

Checking the option will get back all your icons on the desktop. Pretty simple, isn't it!

But let me tell you, as I said above, this is not the only option, that causes the missing icon. Another reason can be the corrupted system files. If this is the reason then you will have to repair them. Check out the method below.

#Method 2: Repair System Files

Step 1: To repair the system file, you will have to run System File Checker. This will check for missing and damaged Windows system files and repair them.

Step 2: For this, go to the command prompt and type the command SFC /scannow. And hit enter

Before following the previous step, make sure you run the command prompt as an administrator.

#Method 3: Restart Explorer.exe

If there is something wrong with the explorer.exe process, then you may face the desktop icon missing error. With this, not only the desktop icons but the entire taskbar disappears also.

So, to fix the issue, you will have to restart the explorer.exe. For this, press, CTRL + ALT + DEL and click on Task Manager.

Now in the task manager, you will have to click on the File menu. In the file menu, you will see two options, one, New Task (Run), and the other one is an Exit task manager. Click on the New Task (Run). Check out the screenshot below.

As sooner you click on the New Task(Run) option, you will see a dialogue box, Create New Task. And the dialogue box will look like the image I have mentioned below. In the dialogue box, all you have to do is type explorer.exe. Once done, click on Ok.

As sooner you click on the Ok button, the  Explorer process would get restarted. And probably, you will get your desktop icons, taskbar, and Start button back.

Step 1: First of all, right-click on the empty are on the desktop.

Step 2: As sooner you do that, a small dialogue box will pop up. Here all you have to do is click on the options Arrange Icons By.

Step 3: As you can see in the above image, there are various options, including the Shoe Desktop Icon. All you have to do is click on it.

As sooner you do this, all the hidden icons would go appear on the desktop as before.

Apart from that, you can also manage the sleep mode of the system if the problem occurs due to the monitor's sleep mode. However this is the rare case, but still, if it is so, then you will have to change the settings so that the monitor does not go to sleep.

You can get the setting by going to Power Options from the Control Panel and then click on Change plan settings.
